Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to 9am on the day of your arrival. Failure to cancel your reservation prior to this time may result in no refund.

Please contact us directly if you have any queries. In the event of a cancellation, the Customer must contact Northwest Adventure Tours directly in writing by email to: info@northwestadventuretours.ie

For larger bespoke events and custom tours:

1. 40% of fee confirms a booking
2. Balance of fee is due prior to event.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. More than 30 days notice: full refund
2. Less than 30 days notice may be subject to full deposit being retained
3. Less than 7 days notice: 60% of total fee is charged
