Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of a cancellation the Customer must contact Northwest Adventure Tours directly in writing by email to: info@northwestadventuretours.ie
2. Cancellations will not be accepted by text or phone call.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. More than 42 days notice: full refund
2. 42-21 days notice: Full deposit is retained
3. 21 days notice: 40% of total fee is charged (full deposit)
4. Less than 7 days notice: 60% of total fee is charged.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days.
